Jason is the owner and CEO of Leveling Up LLC, an umbrella that has multiple companies under it. He has been in Internet marketing for 16 years working with thousands of business owners, running marketing for hundreds of companies, writing books, and so much more. Jason enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and creating new business ventures.
Stacey is an Account Manager at DFY who assisted Done For You through its initial growth phase, leading the team and client through 800% revenue increase and 6X team member increase. Stacey enjoys traveling and exploring local food culture, escape rooms, and volunteering with local animal rescues.
Jamie Learn serves as DFY’s CFO, she is an accounting expert and truly loves watching projects unfold in the world of numbers. She holds her degree from Penn State University and currently resides in Erie, PA. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time with her children.
Julie Mehlenbacher is DFY’s Operations Director, with more than ten years of management and leadership in the marketing industry. She attended Mercyhurst Preparatory School before leaving for Florida, where she attended Barry University, and later returned to Edinboro University. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children, reading, running, working out, and volunteering for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Agency Director Jeff Clorley was the very first employee at DFY, starting as an ad specialist in 2015 and growing with the company. Jeff has a BS in Marketing from Penn State Behrend and a MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, hanging out with his family and training in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
Steve Werley is DFY’s Marketing Strategist, assisting clients with long and short term strategies to meet their goals. He has a degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University, graduating as valedictorian of his class. When he is not working, Steve enjoys running and spending time with his family.
Michael Oiknine is DFY’s Head of Sales and Business Management. He is well versed in all areas of digital marketing and is an expert in sales, strategy and offer creation to help guide new clients. His hobbies include anything related to sports or the outdoors—golf, beach volleyball, baseball and football are perennial favorites of his.
Andrea Sprickman is DFY’s Creative Director, overseeing every aspect of the Done For You’s wide-ranging creative enterprises. Andrea holds degrees in Graphic Design and Photography from Edinboro University. When she isn’t working she enjoys shooting portraits, gardening and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Tricia Hutchings is an Account Manager at DFY who assisted with the start of the Real Estate Lead Generation program before moving on to help our wide range of clients. She grew up in Manaus, Brazil, did her undergraduate work in Switzerland and then received her MA from the University of Miami. Tricia invests herself in non-profit work, especially in the areas of conservation, pet rescue and LGBTQ+ rights.
James Curtis is one of DFY’s Account Managers who also heads up the many real estate lead generation accounts. A native New Yorker, James is more than well-versed in hectic property markets and is detail oriented in keeping his projects moving forward. James spends his spare time gaming, supporting local food culture, and enjoys traveling.
Chey Burchell is an Account Manager at DFY. Her primary focus is with franchise accounts. Chey was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, she later moved to Massachusetts, where she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and then to New York, where she obtained her Master’s in Advertising from Syracuse University.
Outside of work, Chey enjoys spending time with her family, taking advantage of life in the Pacific Northwest and being as creative as possible.
Samantha Brickell is an Account Manager at DFY, focusing on many of our local PA clients as she is a local herself. She has a BS in Communications from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Sam enjoys exercising, traveling, hiking mountains, and spending time with her son, family and friends.
Zana Murad is an Account Manager at DFY, responsible for onboarding clients as well as ongoing account management . Zana spent several years in franchising specifically in Operations and Development. In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling with family, and dining at new restaurants with friends.
Shane Park is our behind-the-scenes Mr. Fix It. He assists with various aspects of all accounts and also has quite a knack for Ad Management. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BS in Accounting. His hobbies consist of cooking, reading, running, and PC gaming. Shane makes his home in Prairie Village, KS, and is a man of few words.
Alina Cobb is an Account Manager at DFY. She has years of experience working in the Digital Marketing world and utilizing data analytics to help clients achieve success. Alina enjoys cooking and developing new culinary fusion recipes, traveling, and writing short stories.
