The purpose of this questionnaire is to gain deeper insight into your business in order to formulate the best strategy. Please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities.
Do not worry if you don’t know the answers to some questions - that’s what we are here for.
We will go over this questionnaire during our kickoff meeting, but it’s always best if you try and answer these questions yourself prior to our meeting. The questionnaire is quite lengthy, so take your time and really think it through. The more thorough you are when answering these questions, the better results you will see in your funnel.
(How did you get your start and who were the key players? If you had to tell a story about how your business happened, what would you say?)
(e.g. Our tone is warm and friendly but not over familiar. Or, we have a formal tone but we are not stuffy or unapproachable. Or, we like to inject humour in an irreverent way, but we’re never silly.)
(e.g. We refer to our organisation in the singular ‘Comic Relief ‘is’, not ‘Comic Relief ‘are’, we always write letters in the plural so ‘we’ not ‘I’ etc)
(What does the company do, especially that nobody else does, and why do people choose it?)
(This is the MAIN THING that you want customers to buy from you)
(Example, they get a physical box with a starter pack that includes XYZ, they also get 6 weeks group coaching, 1 VIP personal session, 1 eBook, an App, etc)
(Think of this as your Unique Selling Proposition. Similar to the Unique Value Proposition for the company, but instead only for your flagship/core offer)
(Ask yourself “why” 3 times… “WHY do people buy an alarm clock?” Because they need to get up on time. “WHY do they need to get up on time?” Because they need to get their kids ready for school. “WHY is that important?” Because if their kids are late, then they are late, which means they get in trouble at work. The stuff after the 3rd “WHY” is the goal.)
