DoneForYou operates as an Amazon Alexa Skill created by Levelling Up LLC. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating.
We use your Personal Information only to provide a personalized user experience. By enabling the skill, you agree to use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect from Alexa
Certain users to DoneForYou skill choose to interact in ways that require it to gather personally-identifying information. We use the provided access token to fetch following information about the contact information of user from
First name and last name
DoneForYou collects such information only in so far as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with the skill. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Users can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information by disabling the skill.
Data Retention Policy
We retain user’s contact information to contact them to provide our personalized services. We contact them a couple of times to let them know more about the services they are interested in. We do not spam them.
To be able to investigate issues with the skill, DoneForYou stores logs with Amazon CloudWatch. These logs may be included personally-identifying information as well, which are not exposed, sold or used besides the tracking of issues.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
DoneForYou discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on DoneForYou’s behalf, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees may be located outside of your home country; by using this skill, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. DoneForYou will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Additionally, “Order Information” includes a third party service to match browser cookies to your mailing address. We then use another company to send special offers through the mail on our behalf. Our company never receives or stores any of this information and our third parties do not provide or sell this information to any other company or service.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We also employ digital marketing channels like ad retargeting.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Ontraport.com as our customer relationship management software.
