Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time marketer?
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level marketer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available who is good at what they do). Plus, marketing is more than one discipline. You need web development, copywriting, graphic design, marketing automation, and so much more. This gives you the best of both worlds - a 'full stack marketer' who can do what you need done to grow your business WITHOUT the payroll, benefits, time off, and all of the HR headaches.
Is ad budget included in the cost of the service?
Excellent question! No, advertising budget is not included in the service fee above. Each project is a little bit different but if you're running ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, etc. those platforms will bill you directly for advertising budget / advertising expense.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many Build or Scale requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
For more complex projects, like sales funnels, we'll break them down into their individual components, and deliver those one by one.
So, in a Automated Webinar Funnel, you need a webinar registration page, webinar room page, webinar replay page, webinar promo email copy, etc... We'll deliver those to you for review as they are completed!
How fast will I receive my work?
Depending on your plan, you'll receive your requests in either 48 or 72 hours on average. More complex tasks might take a little longer, or be broken down into smaller tasks and delivered as completed.
Who are the marketers?
We run a team of top notch, vetted developers, copywriters, and ad specialists. It takes a lot more than one person to deliver all of the work!
What programs/software/systems do you use?
WordPress, Kajabi, Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Infusionsoft, Ontraport, Active Campaign... Those are the main ones. We build and work with clients in lots of other platforms though!
How do I request tasks?
DFY offers a ton of flexibility in how you request tasks and work. Some common ways clients request work is directly using Clickup, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Clickup, it's fair game.
What if I don't like the work? The page, ad, etc.
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
What doesn't DFY do as part of the monthly membership program?
Absolutely. DFY does not do video editing, print publication, financial work or merchant account setups, operational work, sales work, etc.
Is there a long term contract?
No! We recommend a minimum of 3 months to make sure that the sales funnels, pages, ad accounts and everything else are working and optimized they way they need to be...
Do you manage multiple ad networks?
Yes - we set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads, and more. Please talk to your project manager or email support@doneforyou.com and we'll get you all fixed up!
Can I pay with check or wire transfer?
Yes, you can pay by check or wire. We require a credit card to be on file for our clients as well.
